7550 - SMARTGAUGE

  • Model: 7550

The AGF Model 7550 SMARTGAUGE is a 4" pressure gauge with an integral drag pointer designed to record system pressure spikes caused by Municipal Water Supplies or pumps that are not operating correctly. The Model 7550 can be installed temporarily or permanently to record wet system pressure spikes so Pressure Relief Valves can be sized correctly. On dry systems the Model 7550 can be used to confirm Municipal Water Supply Pressures so dry valves will not be overpowered by system wide pressure increases during periods of low demand. The Model 7550 is also a valuable addition to Hydrostatic Test Assemblies because of its ability to record the highest pressure during system testing.

Applications:
  • Wet System Pressure Monitoring and Recording
  • Main and Jockey Pump Operation Verification and Testing
  • Pressure Verification for sizing Pressure Relief Valves
  • Provides Visual Proof of Municipal Water Supply Pressure Spikes adversely affecting Dry Valves
  • Records Maximum Pressure during Hydronic System Testing
